The input material is fed from the hopper, from where it goes into the rotor, which then deposits the material into discreet packages or on a conveyer with minimum pressure loss.

Heat exchangers are machines used to transfer heat from one medium to another (liquid to liquid/liquid to gas and vice-a-versa). They are very common machines present in almost every industry. In heat exchangers, both the media(s) are generally rapid flowing in order to make the system more efficient. Generally, both the mediums are separated by a thin layer of wall. It can be used for heating as well as cooling. It’s an easy to use system where there is not much supervision needed. It is widely categorized depending on many factors as mentioned below.
Contact usThis is a basic type of heat exchanger which consist of two running fluids.
First liquid flows through the inner tube and the second fluid runs through the shell to exchange heat.
In this type of heat exchangers, there is a pipe concentrically placed in another pipe (co-current / counter-current).
It could be one or many pipes (less than 30) inside the larger pipe Counter - current type flow is comparatively more efficient.
This heat exchanger is used to condense a gas into a liquid through cooling. The gas condenses on the wall off the tubes as a thin granular film, which subsequently drains down to the bottom.
The latent heat released by the gas is transferred to the surrounding.

A plate type heat exchanger contains a series of parallel plates arranged such that fluid flows between them. There is a subsequent gap between two adjacent plates where the fluids flow.
This is the oldest type of conveyor.

It’s mostly used for conveying granular or semi-solid materials like cereals, fertilizers, cement or hazardous materials.
It consists of a series of helical screw that are mounted on a shaft. It’s pitch, diameter and rpm are decided based on the type and nature of the material being handled.
They are further classified as follows:
a) Horizontal screw conveyers
b) Inclined screw conveyers
c) Vertical screw conveyers.
These conveyers transfer bulk, dry materials from one location to another.
The medium of transfer is pressurized gas (mostly air) through a pipeline.
Custom buckets are installed in series on a belt/chain drive. While working, the material is loaded at the bottom which travels upwards and then is unloaded at the top.
This works continuously in a closed circuit manner and elevates the materials.
These are the most common, versatile and simplest kind of conveyers.
It consists of an elevated platform with multiple pulleys strapped on with a belt. It revolves continuously in an endless loop.
Storage vessels are of varied types based on shapes and functions which vary from low/high performance vessels to process/storage vessels depending on the type of fluid inside it (boiling/non-boiling/hazardous etc.,)
Depending on various factors, its shell thickness and number of layers is decided.
Then finally its testing is done (Hydro testing or other tests based on customer requirement(s)).
